Refund Policy

Every Boothless purchase is preceded by a free demo: 2 hours of cumulative use, every language unlocked, no account or card required. We’d rather you find out whether Boothless works for your setup before you pay for it, so we’d encourage you to run the demo first.

Because these licenses activate and start their clock the moment you enter your key, and because the free demo exists specifically to let you validate the software beforehand, time-limited passes are non-refundable once the license key has been delivered, except as described in Section 4 below.

We offer a 14-day refund window on Lifetime licenses from the date of purchase, provided the license has not been activated on a machine. Once activated, the license is treated the same as the time-limited passes above.

We will issue a refund, regardless of the above, if:

• A defect in Boothless itself prevented you from using the software as described, and we're unable to fix it in a reasonable time.
• You were charged in error (e.g. a duplicate charge).
• You're entitled to a refund under mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence.

If you're a consumer in the EU, you normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from an online purchase. For digital content like Boothless that's delivered immediately upon purchase, this right doesn't apply once delivery has begun with your express consent and acknowledgment that you lose the withdrawal right — which our payment processor’s checkout asks you to confirm before completing payment. If you believe this doesn’t apply to your situation, contact us and we’ll sort it out.

Email support@boothless.app with your order details and the reason for the request. We aim to respond within a few business days. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method through Lemon Squeezy and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
